South Wales estate agency Flying Keys has joined eXp UK’s Team model as it looks to expand its presence across the region.
The independent agency has relaunched as Flying Keys powered by eXp, retaining its existing brand while gaining access to eXp UK’s technology, training and support platform.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Ryan and Lauren Fletcher, (main picture, left and right) Flying Keys sells close to 300 homes a year and will use the move to develop a larger network of self-employed agents.
Ryan and Lauren will join the platform themselves before bringing members of the existing Flying Keys team into eXp as self-employed agents.
TEAM EXPANSION
The move is intended to allow the agency to expand geographically across South Wales without relying on the traditional model of opening additional branches.
Flying Keys follows NAKED and Willmotts onto eXp’s Team platform, which enables established estate agency businesses to retain their own branding while operating within the wider eXp model.

‘PLATFORM TO GROW’
Ryan and Lauren Fletcher say the transition will enable Flying Keys to expand while maintaining its existing customer proposition.
