Lomond has acquired Bristol lettings and property management agency The Letting Game, adding around 800 properties to its portfolio in the city.
The deal further expands Lomond’s presence in Bristol and the South West and brings an independent agency established almost 18 years ago into the group.
The Letting Game was founded by Chairman Jack Head and has grown without relying on a traditional high street presence, building its business through referrals, repeat customers and its local profile.
The agency is now preparing to open a new flagship office in Redland, close to Whiteladies Road, as it continues to expand under Lomond’s ownership.
BRISTOL EXPANSION
The Letting Game will retain its local identity, with Lomond providing backing for the next stage of its growth.

Neil McGimpsey, Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, says: “The Letting Game has built a stellar reputation in Bristol by combining strong local foundations with a highly customer-focused ethos and an exceptional team.
“These strengths align perfectly with Lomond’s values, and we are delighted to welcome the business to the Group.”
LOCAL IDENTITY

Head says joining Lomond will give the agency greater scope to grow while maintaining the approach on which the business was built.
He says: “We set out to build a Bristol agency for Bristol people, shaped by the city’s independent spirit and focused on great service.
“Nearly 18 years on, those values remain at the heart of the business. Lomond shares our ambitions for the future and gives us the platform to keep growing, whilst staying true to what has made The Letting Game successful to date.”
The acquisition is the latest in Lomond’s strategy of expanding its network through the purchase of established regional estate and letting agencies.
