Midlands housebuilder Spitfire Homes has launched a £15,000 Community Fund to mark its 15th anniversary.
The initiative invites charities, clubs and community groups operating near its developments to apply for grants supporting local projects and activities.
Applications will be assessed quarterly by a panel of employees drawn from different areas of the business.
More than 50 applications have already been received since the fund launched earlier this month, highlighting demand among grassroots organisations across the region.
MILESTONE YEAR FOR HOMEBUILDER
The fund follows a period of strong growth for the family-owned housebuilder, which recently completed its 1,500th home.
Spitfire reports year-on-year growth of 70% during 2025 and has a development pipeline comprising another 1,600 homes.
Founded in 2011, the business has delivered 62 communities across the Midlands and surrounding areas. It estimates that its developments and wider activities have supported approximately 5,000 jobs.
The company says the new fund builds on its existing programme of charitable donations and employee volunteering.
