Sotheby’s International Realty has opened its first office in Vietnam, extending its Asian network to 18 locations.
Vietnam Sotheby’s International Realty is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City and will represent selected luxury homes and residential developments across the country.
Its coverage will include established urban centres, coastal resorts, heritage destinations and emerging property markets.
The independently owned and operated business is led by Co-founder and CEO Chloe Dang alongside co-founder and Chairman James Miles-Lambert.
LOCAL LEADERSHIP APPOINTED
Dang brings almost two decades of media experience and 15 years in real estate, including leading the property segment and working as a television anchor for a national financial and business news channel.
Miles-Lambert has held senior management roles within one of Vietnam’s leading retail groups and will oversee corporate governance, long-term planning and organisational development.

Philip White, President and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty, says Vietnam’s prime residential market has evolved into an increasingly sophisticated international investment destination.
“The country offers a compelling mix of dynamic global cities, culturally rich heritage centres and world-class coastal destinations,” he says.
Sotheby’s attributes the market’s development to rising domestic wealth, substantial infrastructure investment and growing international visibility.
CROSS-BORDER DEMAND GROWS
Dang says the office will connect Vietnamese buyers with prime opportunities at home and overseas while marketing selected Vietnamese properties internationally.
Domestic luxury demand is being led by purchasers from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, while affluent Vietnamese families are increasingly considering overseas property for wealth diversification, education and lifestyle mobility.
The firm also reports growing interest in Vietnam from qualified international buyers.
“Our role is to serve as a trusted bridge between Vietnam and the world,” Dang says.
The wider Sotheby’s International Realty network includes more than 26,100 affiliated sales associates across over 1,100 offices in 86 countries and territories.
Vietnamese listings will be promoted through the brand’s international website and marketing programmes, while agents and clients will also benefit from its association with the Sotheby’s auction house.
