Willmotts has moved its residential sales department onto the eXp UK platform as the established agency looks to expand its reach through the company’s national network.
The business will retain its existing identity and personal approach while gaining access to eXp UK’s technology, operational support and network of more than 1,000 agents.
Willmotts says the opportunity to collaborate with agents around the country was a significant factor in its decision to join.
The network will enable the agency to draw on local contacts and market knowledge when helping clients buy, sell, relocate or invest beyond its traditional operating area.
TEAM MODEL GAINS MOMENTUM
The announcement follows Essex estate agency NAKED joining eXp UK and represents another established business adopting the platform’s Team model.
The model is designed to allow existing agencies to retain their own brands while using eXp’s technology and national infrastructure.
