Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) has opened ticket sales for its 2027 flagship event as it looks to bring more people from across the property industry into its growing community.
The event will return to the Shaw Theatre at Pullman London St Pancras on 4 March 2027, with Rightmove returning as headline partner.
Next year’s theme, “We Bring the Vibe, You Bring the Tribe”, encourages previous attendees to introduce colleagues, friends, future industry leaders and allies to the event.
WiEA says the idea emerged from feedback following its sold-out 2026 event, with attendees frequently saying they planned to bring colleagues and other people from their networks the following year.
GROWING COMMUNITY
WiEA’s community has now grown to more than 5,000 members across its Facebook group, Regional Champions network, training, partnerships, podcast and annual event.
The organisation says its 2027 programme will feature speakers from within and outside estate agency, with further names to be announced over the coming months.
Verona Frankish (main picture, inset left), Chair of Women in Estate Agency, says: “People often tell us that WiEA feels different to anything else they attend in the industry, and that has always mattered enormously to us.
“We want people to learn, of course, but we also want them to leave feeling more confident, more connected and more certain that they have people around them who genuinely want to see them succeed.
“That is what this event has become for so many people. It is not simply another date in the diary, it is the one they tell us they absolutely cannot miss.”
WIDER CONVERSATION
Liana Loporto Browne (main picture, inset right), Co-Founder of Women in Estate Agency, says the organisation wants attendees to bring people who might not otherwise put themselves forward to attend an industry event.
She adds: “There is something incredibly powerful about bringing someone into a room they might never have put themselves in.
“They might hear something that gives them the confidence to back themselves, meet somebody who opens up a completely new way of thinking, realise they are not the only person who has felt the way they do, or simply spend a day surrounded by people who genuinely want to see them do well.
“That is why people come back, and it is why so many of them leave saying, ‘I know exactly who I’m bringing next year.’
“And importantly, this is not about women progressing in isolation. WiEA exists to champion women, but real change happens when women and men are part of the conversation together.”
EARLY BIRD TICKETS
The first 100 tickets are being offered as 50 early-bird pairs, priced at £249 including VAT per ticket.
Once that allocation has sold out, individual tickets will cost £269 including VAT.
WiEA says the format of the 2027 event is also being reworked, although details of the speakers and programme are being held back for later announcements.
