Watts Commercial Finance backs Hard Hats to Heels

Watts Commercial Finance has expanded its partnership with Hard Hats to Heels, becoming a Regional and Flagship Sponsor of the networking community for women working across property and construction.

The commercial finance broker will support 17 Hard Hats to Heels events, including its two-day Retreat at Celtic Manor Resort on 2 and 3 October.
More than 100 women from across the property and construction sectors are expected to attend the Retreat, which will focus on professional development, connections, confidence and increasing women’s visibility across the industries.

Hard Hats to Heels now runs 26 events across the UK each month, bringing together more than 1,000 women.

PARTNERSHIP EXPANDS

The relationship developed following an introduction between Rebecca Blaymires, Commercial Manager at Watts Commercial Finance, and Hard Hats to Heels’ Hayley Andrews by Mark Jerman, Senior Commercial Manager at Watts Commercial Finance (main picture, left to right).

Blaymires has subsequently worked with the organisation and its members, including supporting property and business owners seeking commercial finance.

She says: “Working with Hayley and the Hard Hats to Heels team is something I’m incredibly passionate about. What they have created goes far beyond networking; they provide a genuine platform for women to be visible, build confidence, make meaningful connections and create opportunities.

“I’m also hugely grateful to Mark for making that initial introduction. From that first connection, the relationship has continued to grow, and I’m incredibly proud that Watts Commercial is now supporting Hard Hats to Heels on a much wider scale.

“Sponsoring 17 events, including the October Retreat, gives us the opportunity to actively support the work they are doing and be part of creating a lasting impact across the industry.”

OCTOBER RETREAT

The October event will operate under the theme ‘Visibility in Action. Impact by Design.’ and is intended to give attendees an opportunity to develop their professional networks and focus on personal and career development.

Blaymires has also been shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year and Women’s Advocate of the Year at the 2026 NACFB Awards, as well as Finance Broker of the Year at the National Property Awards 2026.
