VIVID and Dandara Southern have completed 16 affordable homes in West Wittering as part of a wider partnership that will deliver 72 homes across three developments.
The West Sussex scheme comprises 12 affordable rent homes and four shared ownership properties, including two and three-bedroom houses and one-bedroom flats.
Dandara Southern has delivered the development for housing association VIVID ahead of schedule, with the first residents already moving into their homes.
A further 56 affordable homes are being built for VIVID across two developments in Petersfield and North Mundham under the portfolio agreement.
AFFORDABLE HOMES
The West Wittering properties have been fitted with air source heat pumps to provide heating and hot water as part of the development’s energy-efficiency measures.

LOCAL DEMAND
Dandara is also developing homes for private sale at its Wittering Place scheme in the village.
