BNP Paribas Real Estate has repositioned its European property management business as it expands further into asset strategy, ESG, data and occupier services.
The division has been renamed BNP Paribas Real Estate Management & Solutions across Europe, reflecting a move beyond traditional property management towards a broader advisory and operational role.
Property management will remain at the centre of the business, but services will increasingly encompass areas including asset repositioning, ESG performance, project management, developer advisory, user experience and data analysis.
The group says the strategy is designed to help owners, investors and occupiers improve the performance and value of property throughout its lifecycle.
ASSET PERFORMANCE
BNP Paribas Real Estate says the repositioning reflects changes already taking place within the division rather than simply a change of name.
Its Management & Solutions operation will combine local property management with portfolio-level advice and services across European markets.
Csongor Csukas (mai picture), Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of the Management & Solutions business line, says: “BNP Paribas Real Estate Management & Solutions puts real estate at the heart of our clients’ wider business strategies.
“Our approach is based above all on people and on the trusted relationships we maintain with our clients. This closeness enables us to translate their expectations into concrete solutions, encourage ongoing dialogue and support them over the long term by transforming their challenges, whether economic, environmental or human, into sustainable, value-creating solutions.”
BROADER ROLE
Csukas adds: “We decode local markets, optimise portfolios at European level and develop tailor-made strategies for our clients.
“Because every building has an impact, we make it a lever for performance, innovation and well-being, to address today’s challenges and build those of tomorrow.”
