Reapit’s PayProp platform has won the Best in Sector – Payment Services award at the ESTAS for the ninth consecutive year.
The automated client accounting platform secured its latest title at the 2026 awards, which are determined using verified customer reviews collected throughout the year.
PayProp is used by letting agencies to automate client accounting and payment administration, including the processing of rent and payments to landlords.
The latest award extends a run of ESTAS wins stretching back nine years.

Reapit was also headline partner of this year’s ESTAS Awards, which recognise estate and letting agents and property industry suppliers.
