Property inspection and compliance software provider Property Inspect has been appointed to the Government’s new G-Cloud 15 framework, opening up its technology to public sector property operators across the UK.
The appointment means local authorities, housing providers, NHS trusts, education providers and other public bodies can procure Property Inspect’s inspection, compliance and property management software through the government framework.
Property Inspect says this can reduce procurement times by giving organisations access to its platform through an established route using pre-approved suppliers.
The company has also analysed official Digital Marketplace and government procurement data, finding that public bodies spent £2.92bn through G-Cloud during the 2025/26 financial year.
PUBLIC SECTOR PROPERTY
According to the analysis, G-Cloud accounted for 66.4% of all Digital Marketplace expenditure during the year, while more than £21bn has been spent through the framework since 2018/19.
G-Cloud 15 has more than 2,700 approved suppliers spanning SMEs and larger technology providers.
For the property sector, the framework provides a route for organisations managing substantial estates to procure technology covering areas such as property inspections, compliance reporting, facilities management and maintenance.
Property Inspect’s platform is designed to digitise these processes and create consistent records across large property portfolios.
