National Landlord Investment Show celebrates 100th event

The National Landlord Investment Show will mark its 100th event on 8 July at Old Billingsgate in London, bringing together landlords, property investors, developers and industry suppliers at a time of significant change for the private rented sector.

Organisers say the milestone event will focus on helping landlords adapt to an evolving regulatory and economic landscape, with education, investment opportunities and professional advice taking centre stage.
The show comes as landlords continue to navigate the impact of the Renters’ Rights Act, changing tax rules, compliance requirements and ongoing debate around the future of the private rented sector.

While some commentators have warned of a landlord exodus, organisers believe many investors are instead adapting their strategies and continuing to invest.

SEMINAR SESSIONS

The event will feature a programme of seminars covering topics including property investment, supported housing, taxation, incorporation, pensions, financial planning and the future of the rental market.

Dedicated sessions on the Renters’ Rights Act and property development will also be held throughout the day.

Speakers include Kate Faulkner OBE, former Housing Minister Eddie Hughes, Aria Finance Managing Director Lucy Waters, Total Property’s Paul Shamplina and television property expert Scarlette Douglas.

MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT

Tracey Hanbury and Steve Hanbury, Co-Founders and Directors of the National Landlord Investment Show, says: “We’re immensely proud to announce we are reaching the milestone of our 100th show.

“Over the years, the property sector has undergone a series of changes and throughout every step of the way we’ve been there, providing a critical platform for education.

“Reaching our 100th show is a milestone achievement for us as founders, our team and everyone involved in the National Landlord Investment Show.”

Since launching in Croydon in 2013, the exhibition has expanded into a national series of events and says it has educated more than 170,000 landlords and property investors.

As regulatory reform continues to reshape the rental market, the show’s central message remains that successful landlords will be those who continue to learn, adapt and evolve alongside changing legislation and tenant expectations.
