LRG has appointed Hayley Parnell as Director of its Meadows Property Management Hub in Camberley as it looks to strengthen its property management operation.
Parnell (main picture) takes up the position on 1 October and will oversee the performance and future development of the Hub.
She joined LRG just over two years ago and has since held a number of roles across the business.
Most recently, Parnell worked with the group’s London operation to develop its property management proposition and strengthen links between property management and the wider business.
SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
In her new position, Parnell will lead the Meadows team and work alongside Raquel Landman and Karen Shepherd on plans to develop its services for customers.
Kim Lidbury, Group Director of Property Management at LRG, says: “Hayley knows how to bring people together and turn ideas into better services.
“Her work in London has shown the value of connecting property management more closely with the rest of the business. The Hub has an important role in the experience we provide to customers and I’m confident Hayley will lead it with care and ambition.”
Parnell adds: “I’m looking forward to taking on this important role and working with everyone at the Meadows.
“My first priority is to listen to the team and understand what matters most to our customers. We have a strong foundation to build on and I’m looking forward to shaping the Hub’s next chapter together.”
