London estate agency Lawsons & Daughters has appointed a new Head of Sales and Head of Lettings as it looks to accelerate growth across its core West and South West London markets.
The independent agency, which has operated for more than 30 years across Hammersmith, Fulham, Wandsworth and surrounding areas, has appointed Paul Cook (main picture, left) as Head of Sales and Anthony Wozniak (main picture, right) as Head of Lettings.
The appointments form part of the firm’s wider growth strategy as it seeks to expand its sales presence while building on its established lettings operation.
Cook brings 28 years of estate agency experience and extensive knowledge of the Fulham market. He will be responsible for leading the growth of the sales division and increasing the agency’s profile across its target areas. Wozniak joins with 17 years of experience spanning lettings, sales and property management. His background includes roles within both corporate and independent agencies, as well as running his own brokerage business.
EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sanjay Joshi, Director at Lawsons & Daughters, says: “These appointments mark an exciting new chapter for Lawsons & Daughters. Over the past three decades we have built a strong reputation in the lettings market, and we are now investing in the people and expertise needed to grow our sales offering, while maintaining the personal service and local knowledge that clients know us for.
“Paul and Anthony both bring exceptional experience, strong local market knowledge and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
“Their appointments give us the leadership needed to grow the business while maintaining the personal approach that has defined Lawsons & Daughters for more than 30 years.
“As we continue to evolve, they will help us broaden our offering while staying true to the values that have earned the trust of local buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants for more than three decades.”
DELIVERING OUTCOMES
Paul Cook says: “Working within an independent, family-run agency means I have the time and freedom to go above and beyond for clients.
“Everyone here shares the same goal – to deliver the very best outcome for every buyer and seller we work with.
“My focus is to put Lawsons & Daughters firmly on the map for property sales in the local area, showcasing our expertise, personal service and deep understanding of the local market, and ultimately helping our clients buy or sell their homes.”
CULTURE AND LEADERSHIP
Anthony Wozniak adds: “What attracted me to Lawsons & Daughters was the people, history and direction of the business.
“From my first conversations with the team, it was clear that the culture of the business reflects its leadership – there is a commitment to doing the right thing for clients.
“The lettings sector is going through a period of significant change, particularly with the Renters’ Rights Act coming into effect, but agencies like Lawsons & Daughters are well placed to thrive where others may struggle – especially when operating transparently, ethically and with strong systems in place.”
