Independent estate agency Jones Robinson has been crowned Overall Estate Agent of the Year at the 2026 Trusted Agent Awards after topping a nationwide field of agencies recognised for customer service and client satisfaction.
The six-branch agency, which operates across West Berkshire, central Wiltshire and South Oxfordshire, also collected Gold awards for Small Agency of the Year (2-6 offices) and South East Estate Agency of the Year.
Unlike many industry awards, the Trusted Agent Awards are not open for entry. Winners are determined using agency performance data alongside independently verified customer reviews across platforms including Google, Trustpilot, Feefo and Facebook.
Jones Robinson was recognised for both the quality and volume of customer feedback, with its highest-performing office receiving more than 600 Trustpilot reviews and almost 2,500 Google reviews.
TEAM RECOGNITION
The awards were presented during Kerfuffle’s annual conference at the ICC Newport in Wales, with the ceremony hosted by comedian Dara Ó Briain.
Charles Robinson, Co-Founder and Director at Jones Robinson, says: “We’re still on a buzz, it was a complete surprise. We hoped we might win an award, but we had no idea what colour it would be, let alone that we’d come away with three Gold awards and be named Overall Estate Agent of the Year. It’s an incredibly humbling achievement.
“What makes these awards so special is that they’re based on hard data and genuine customer feedback rather than subjective judging. We’re passionate about listening to our clients and are constantly looking for ways to improve, so we actively encourage them to share feedback.
“Ultimately, this recognition belongs to our team. We have around 100 members of staff who deliver exceptional service every day, and they’re the ones who have earned these awards. We couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve achieved.”
ULTIMATE ACCOLADE
Explaining the judging process, awards organiser Simon Whale adds: “Making it on to the stage should be seen as the ultimate accolade because you can’t enter these awards.
“There’s no submission process and no judging panel. Agencies simply have to keep performing and keep demonstrating, through the review platforms that matter most, the ones they’re rated on publicly around the year.”
Other category winners included Paramount Properties (Single Office Estate Agency of the Year), The Frost Partnership (Medium Agency of the Year) and Andrews (Network of the Year), while Clare Yates received the Lifetime Achievement Award for her contribution to the property industry.
Regional Gold winners included Webbers (South West), Paramount Properties (Greater London), Minors & Brady (East of England), Webbs (West Midlands), Robert Ellis (East Midlands), Flexi-Agent (North West), JW Wood (North East), Red Brik (Yorkshire & The Humber), Number One Real Estate (Wales) and Jones Robinson (South East).
