Estate agents using Acaboom can now present and agree flexible commission structures during market appraisals following a new integration with Greenhouse OS.
The integration embeds Greenhouse OS’s Flexible Fees Pro Slider directly into Acaboom’s digital valuation platform, allowing agents to discuss different fee options alongside their marketing strategy without switching between systems.
The interactive tool enables homeowners to compare commission models by adjusting a digital slider to see the financial impact of paying part of an agent’s fee upfront. Once a fee option has been selected, it is automatically incorporated into the personalised proposal presented to the client.
Acaboom says the integration is designed to make fee discussions a more natural part of the valuation process while helping agents demonstrate the value of their service.

The Acaboom and Greenhouse OS integration is available immediately to mutual subscribers, with agents able to access the Flexible Fees Pro Slider without requiring a full Greenhouse OS CRM integration.
