Flexible workspace operator infinitSpace is entering the US market with its first location in Downtown Los Angeles as it targets 30 American sites over the next two years.
The European operator has agreed a long-term partnership at 612 South Broadway, with its 32,000 sq ft beyond Broadway DTLA workspace due to open on 2 November.
Located across four floors of the Desmond’s Building, the site will provide around 400 memberships through private offices, shared workspace, meeting rooms and lounges, alongside a rooftop event space.
An option on a further floor could add another 8,500 sq ft.
US EXPANSION
The Los Angeles opening will become infinitSpace’s 15th location globally. The company is initially targeting further expansion in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle and New York.
Rather than taking conventional leases, infinitSpace operates through long-term management partnerships with property owners, which retain ownership and control of their buildings while the operator provides the technology and platform to run the flexible workspace.
