The Guild of Property Professionals has picked up two awards at The ESTAS 2026 after its member firms achieved a 97.1% customer service rating.
The Guild was named Best Agency Network and also won the Best in Sector Supplier Award for Agency Network at the ceremony on 16 October.
Its Best Agency Network award was based on verified customer reviews submitted through the ESTAS platform at the end of property transactions. The Guild says its network has achieved a 97.1% customer service rating from 33,060 reviews.
The supplier award is based on feedback from estate agents and recognises the services and support provided by The Guild to its independent agency members.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Iain McKenzie (main picture), Chief Executive Officer of The Guild of Property Professionals, says: “The Best Agency Network award is a tremendous reflection of the dedication and professionalism of our Members, who work tirelessly to deliver the best possible experience for their clients.
“Winning the Supplier Award for Best in Sector is equally significant because it reflects how our Members rate the support we provide.”
A number of Guild member firms also received individual gold, silver and bronze awards alongside county, regional and postcode awards.
McKenzie adds: “Property professionals continue to operate in a demanding environment, making the commitment shown by our Members to their customers all the more impressive.
“Their achievements demonstrate the value of building relationships, communicating well and putting clients first.”
The ESTAS awards are determined using customer reviews collected following property transactions, while its supplier awards are based on feedback from property professionals.
ESTAS founder Simon Brown says: “What we’ve created goes way beyond an annual awards ceremony. ESTAS is now a community of likeminded property professionals all focused on one mission, which is to deliver the best possible service they can to their clients.”
