Dwelly has completed its tenth acquisition of 2026 with the purchase of London sales and lettings agency Paramount Properties.
The deal adds around 1,100 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s network, taking its portfolio to more than 15,000 properties under management.
It also continues the group’s expansion in London following its acquisitions of Eden Harper, Settio and Kensington-based Shaws.
Paramount has operated from West Hampstead since 1989 and employs around 30 people. The agency provides sales services across North West London and lettings across the capital, with its property management operation covering more than 80 London postcodes.
PARAMOUNT BRAND RETAINED
Paramount Managing Director and co-seller Spencer Lawrence (main picture, left) will remain in charge of the agency following the acquisition.
Dwelly’s acquisition model involves retaining the brands and teams of the independent agencies it buys while investing in technology and operational infrastructure.
The group is using AI-driven technology across areas including property management, maintenance, compliance and communications.
Sam Humphreys (main picture, right), Head of M&A at Dwelly, says: “Reaching ten acquisitions in 2026 is a significant milestone for us and demonstrates just how much momentum we’ve built this year, but it’s the quality of the businesses we’re partnering with that matters most.
“Paramount has been operating for more than 35 years, has an established presence across the London market and, importantly, has an outstanding team and culture that have been built over decades.”
FURTHER GROWTH
Dwelly has now acquired 10 businesses this year as it continues to target established independent agencies across the UK.
Humphreys adds: “We’ve been extremely active this year because we remain hugely confident in the long-term future of the lettings sector.
“Our approach isn’t to acquire businesses simply for the sake of adding scale. We want established agencies with great people, strong local reputations and the foundations to grow further.”
Lawrence says: “Paramount has evolved enormously since I joined in 1998, but what hasn’t changed is our focus on quality, long-term client relationships.
“I’m excited for what comes next at Paramount. We have a fantastic platform already in place and the additional investment, technology and support available through Dwelly gives us a real opportunity to build on it.”
