Campions Group enjoyed a successful evening at the 2026 LonRes Awards with its brands collecting three of the four regional Let of the Year awards.
Chestertons and Aston Chase were recognised at the annual awards, presented during the LonRes Summer Party in Belgrave Square, which celebrates the most significant sales and lettings transactions recorded on the LonRes platform between June 2025 and May 2026.
Chestertons secured two regional awards. Senior Lettings Negotiator Hannah West, based at the Battersea Park office, won the South London Let of the Year award for the letting of a property at Carnation Way, Nine Elms, which achieved a rent of £18,462 per week (£80,002 per month).
The business also shared the West London Let of the Year award with Mountgrange Heritage.
BIG ACHIEVEMENT
Lettings Manager and Associate Director Alexandra Carberry, from Chestertons’ Kensington office, was recognised for the letting of a property on Abbotsbury Road, Holland Park, which achieved £20,000 per week (£86,667 per month).
Completing the trio of awards, Aston Chase claimed the North London Let of the Year title for the letting of a property on The Bishop’s Avenue, achieving £24,000 per week (£104,000 per month).
