Bywater has appointed flexible workspace operator infinitSpace to launch a premium workspace offering at its Paradise SE11 office development in Vauxhall.
The new operation, named beyond Paradise, will occupy three floors of the completed mass-timber building on Old Paradise Street and open in phases.
It will provide private offices, enterprise suites, co-working and breakout areas, meeting rooms and event space. Members will also have access to a gym, wellbeing programme, barista service and dedicated app.
Design and build agency Thirdway is delivering the fit-out, using natural materials, warm timbers and biophilic details intended to complement the wider building.
FLEXIBLE OFFERING
The remaining floors are available on conventional leases through Knight Frank, Ingleby Trice and Cushman & Wakefield.
Bywater said the flexible offering would bring additional activity and amenities to the development, supporting existing tenants and businesses considering space on the upper floors.
The developer describes Paradise SE11 as the UK’s lowest embodied-carbon mass-timber office development. It said the building already exceeds the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge target, with its timber structure storing carbon that would otherwise be emitted through the use of a steel equivalent.
Located near Vauxhall and Nine Elms, the development forms part of the evolving commercial and creative district around SE11.
