The company behind the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum is to launch its first overseas event in Australia next year.
The event will adapt the UKREiiF model for the Australian market, bringing together domestic and international investors, developers, occupiers, policymakers and built-environment professionals.
Its programme will connect global capital with regeneration and development opportunities across Australian states, cities and towns.
Discussions will cover commercial and residential property, transport, infrastructure and retail, alongside renewable energy, digital infrastructure and defence.
INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
A date and venue have yet to be announced, with recruitment for the event currently being finalised.
UKREiiF launched in Leeds in 2022 and attracted more than 17,000 delegates in 2026. Organisers say introductions and discussions at the event have directly contributed to more than £4bn of investment and development activity.

“Since launching UKREiiF in 2022 we’re aware of over £4 billion of investment and development activity either at planning or spades in the ground stage, all as a direct result of introductions and discussions held at UKREiiF, and we’re excited to bring this model and event to Australia to have a similar impact.”
