BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Steve Harber to lead its newly created UK Management & Solutions division as part of a wider shake-up of its senior management team.
Harber (main picture, inset), who has spent more than 28 years with the business and led its Property Management operation for the past decade, becomes UK Head of Management & Solutions.
The appointment follows the launch of the new business line bringing together a broader range of services for occupiers, investors and property owners.
Three further senior appointments have been made as BNP Paribas Real Estate establishes the leadership structure for the expanded operation.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Leighton Thomas becomes Head of Professional Services, covering Lease Advisory, Rating, Building Consultancy and Occupier Solutions.
Thomas joined the business in 1996 and will continue to lead its professional services activities.
Elaine Murphy, who has been with BNP Paribas Real Estate for 27 years, becomes Head of Occupier Solutions with responsibility for growing the UK operation and expanding its capabilities.
Nick Ridley becomes Head of Property Management after joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2025 to lead Property Management Services.
Ridley has more than 25 years’ industry experience and previously founded HostScore and led Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Asset Services division.
