Carter Jonas has appointed Peter Disley as a Partner in its Manchester Planning & Development team as it strengthens its development and regeneration expertise across the North West.
Disley brings more than 25 years’ experience across consultancy, development and investment, covering projects from site identification and acquisition through planning, viability, funding, delivery and disposal.
He joins from Courts Real Estate, where he was Head of Development, and has previously held senior roles at Praxis Real Estate, New East Manchester URC and Cushman & Wakefield.
His appointment comes as Carter Jonas looks to expand its work across major residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects in the region.
REGENERATION EXPERIENCE
Disley’s previous projects include the former RAF Sealand site in North Wales, Eastlands and SportCity in Manchester and St Stephens in Hull, alongside strategic residential and mixed-use schemes across Cheshire, Salford and North Wales.
He will also work closely with Carter Jonas’s Manchester Commercial team as the firm looks to provide advice across more of the development lifecycle.
