Street Group has been named the UK’s top PropTech business in BusinessCloud’s annual PropTech 50 ranking after moving up from second place last year.
The Manchester-based company, behind estate agency platforms Street.co.uk and Spectre, took first place from a shortlist of 130 UK businesses.
The final ranking was determined through a combination of votes from BusinessCloud readers and selections by an expert judging panel.
The PropTech 50 covers technology businesses operating across real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.
AI DEVELOPMENT
Street Group has continued to expand its technology for estate and letting agents, with Street.co.uk bringing sales, lettings, property management and client accounting together within a single platform.
Its recent developments include Cortex, which enables agencies to build and orchestrate their own AI agents.
Street Group says more than 40 product updates and 670 releases have been made since Cortex launched, alongside 22 ready-to-run AI recipes designed for use within agency businesses.
The company has also continued to develop Spectre, its prospecting and lead-generation platform.
