Estate agents can now automatically use their ESTAS customer reviews across websites, social media, emails and valuation reports following an integration with Spectre.
The Street Group marketing platform has connected with ESTAS, allowing agents using both services to distribute reviews through their existing marketing activity from a single connection.
Agents can choose the minimum star rating they want displayed, while an AI approval process assesses the written content of each review before it is published.
The integration means customer reviews can also be incorporated into property reports following a valuation, putting previous client feedback in front of prospective vendors during the instruction process.
VENDOR MARKETING
Agents using Spectre Websites can create an automatically approved review feed styled either to match their own website or using ESTAS branding.
Reviews can also be posted directly through Spectre Social or incorporated into automated social content.
Spectre Email allows reviews to be included in individual and automated emails, while agents can select which reviews appear at the end of their property reports.
Reviews displayed on an agent’s website link back to its full ESTAS profile, where customers can see all of its reviews regardless of rating.
AI CHECKS
Heather Staff (main picture, inset), Co-Founder of Street Group, says: “Agents have been asking us for this. They compete hard for their ESTAS reviews, and they should be able to use them across their Spectre marketing.
“A star rating on its own tells you very little which is why we built in an AI approval step that reads what the customer actually wrote, because what an agent shows a vendor should be the real picture, not just the score.”

Simon Brown, Founding Director of ESTAS, adds: “Every ESTAS Review is written by a real customer about a real move, and agents work hard for every single one of them.
“Those reviews should be working for an agent at the moment it matters most, when a seller is deciding who to trust with their home.
“For too long they have been doing that job in one place, when they could be doing it everywhere.”
