He brings more than 20 years’ experience in the luxury property sector and will oversee a strategy focused on expanding the agency’s national footprint and strengthening its international presence.
The company plans to grow its network through new offices in Sotogrande, Málaga, Menorca, Bilbao and Valencia, alongside further expansion in Madrid and other key markets.
INTERNATIONAL DEMAND
Spain Sotheby’s currently operates 14 offices across the country, with more than 80% of buyers coming from overseas, reflecting continued international demand for Spanish luxury homes.

“Over the past year, he has demonstrated strategic vision, a deep understanding of our markets and an impressive capacity to lead the company’s transformation. His appointment as CEO is a natural evolution and a decisive step forward for the future of Spain Sotheby’s International Realty.”
González de La-Hoz adds: “I take on this responsibility with great enthusiasm and a strong commitment to continue building an increasingly solid, innovative and service-driven company.
