Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients and sister firm Just Mortgages have agreed a new sponsorship partnership with Kent non-league side Sittingbourne FC.
The deal will see both brands promoted on pitchside hoardings at Sittingbourne’s Staxson Stadium as the companies look to strengthen local community engagement and support grassroots football.
Sittingbourne FC, known as The Brickies, are celebrating their 140th anniversary this year and compete in the Isthmian League South East division. The club secured a play-off place for the third consecutive season during the 2025/26 campaign.
Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients works with housebuilders and developers across the UK, helping buyers secure new-build homes through assisted move and part exchange schemes. The business also works alongside Just Mortgages’ national adviser network to support customers through the mortgage process.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The sponsorship forms part of wider community engagement activity across the Spicerhaart group, following recent backing for Dinnington Town FC in South Yorkshire.

Rosey Major, Business Development Manager at Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients, says: “Alongside our colleagues at Just Mortgages, I couldn’t be more proud to support our local club, Sittingbourne FC. For me, non-league football has always been about more than just a game. It’s about the community, passion and the people who give up their time week in, week out to keep local clubs thriving.
“Playing an active role in the communities we serve has long been a big priority for Spicerhaart so I’m pleased we can get behind such a fantastic club that does such great work in this community.
“As we continue to work with leading developers and builders to support smoother new-build purchases, we hope that we can play a small role in the continued success of Sittingbourne FC – particularly off the back of another impressive campaign in a super competitive league.”
CRUCIAL SUPPORT
Maurice Dunk, Chairman of Sittingbourne FC, adds: “We greatly appreciate the generous support of Rosey and the entire team at Spicerhaart.
“Partnerships with local, likeminded businesses are so crucial for clubs at our level, helping us to sustain what we are doing, while pushing forward with our ambitions both off and on the pitch.
“We are community-focused club with big aspirations for the future, so the backing of the likes of Spicerhaart and Just Mortgages is hugely valuable.”
