Romans has promoted Jonathan Hawthorne to Sales Director in his 25th year with the estate agency.
Hawthorne (main picture) joined Romans, part of LRG, as a Trainee Sales Advisor in 2001 and has progressed through a series of management positions within the business.
He became Manager of the agency’s flagship Bracknell office in 2014 before going on to serve as Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Director and Regional Sales Director.
In his new role, Hawthorne will lead the sales operation across Romans’ network of 27 offices, predominantly located in the Thames Valley.
