UK Forbes Global Properties has appointed former Savills Mayfair head Charles Lloyd as Founder Partner, strengthening its presence across Prime Central London and the Home Counties.
Lloyd has almost 40 years’ experience in prime and super-prime residential property, including senior roles at Savills, CBRE and Beauchamp Estates.
He spent 14 years at Savills, where he established and led its Mayfair and St James’s operation and helped open the firm’s Marylebone office.
Lloyd later became Senior Director at CBRE, where he co-founded its Private Office, before establishing Charles Lloyd Real Estate in 2025.

His career includes the sale of a £90m Mayfair house and a £43.5m transaction on Mount Street. He was also named a Top Recommended property broker in the Spear’s 500 for 2026.
At UK Forbes Global Properties, Lloyd will represent buyers and sellers across Prime Central London and the Prime Home Counties.
Martin Bikhit, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of UK Forbes Global Properties, says: “Charles has an exceptional pedigree. He has led significant businesses, handled some remarkable transactions and built trusted relationships over decades.
“I’ve known him for well over 20 years, and what has always stood out is his knowledge of the market and the care he takes with his clients.”
Lloyd adds: “Having spent much of my career advising clients at the top end of the London market, I know how much they value experience, discretion and direct access to the person representing them.
“Martin and Charlie are building a business around those principles, with the added reach of Forbes Global Properties. I’m excited to join as a Founder Partner and help shape its development.”
