Propertymark One attracts 2,000 professionals for industry summit

Almost 2,000 property professionals gathered at Propertymark One as agents, policymakers and industry leaders came together to discuss the key issues shaping the future of the housing market.

The event was designed to give property professionals direct access to policymakers, regulators and sector experts, providing delegates with the opportunity to hear first-hand about legislative, regulatory and market developments affecting estate and letting agents across the UK.
A key moment of the conference saw delegates hear from former Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Angela Rayner (main picture), with attendees given the opportunity to put questions directly to one of the country’s most influential housing policymakers.

The conference programme covered a wide range of topics including housing policy, regulation, consumer expectations, business growth and market trends, while also providing opportunities for networking and collaboration across the sector.
