Thousands of property professionals are set to descend on ExCeL London in just two weeks’ time as Propertymark One 2026 prepares to bring together agents, suppliers and industry leaders for one of the sector’s biggest annual events.
The conference, which takes place in association with Rightmove, has now officially sold out its exhibition space, with more than 80 suppliers confirmed to attend and showcase the latest technology, compliance solutions and operational tools shaping the future of the property sector.
Propertymark said the event will focus heavily on the major issues currently reshaping the industry, including housing reform, regulation, artificial intelligence, compliance and market performance.
This year’s headline speaker line-up includes Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner MP, who will take part in a live political Q&A focused on housing policy and reform, alongside former Chancellor Sir Mel Stride, who is expected to address economic conditions and property taxation.
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Business leader Karren Brady CBE, broadcaster Daisy McAndrew and technology journalist Lara Lewington are also among the keynote speakers scheduled to appear.
The event comes at a pivotal time for the industry, with agents continuing to navigate the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act, growing compliance obligations and rapid technological change across sales and lettings.
Dedicated sales and lettings stages will host practical sessions covering market forecasts, operational strategy, compliance updates and business performance, while suppliers are expected to focus heavily on AI, automation and digital transaction tools.
EXCEPTIONAL RESPONSE

Jason Lee, Head of Commercial at Propertymark, says: “Propertymark One is just two weeks away and the response from the industry has been exceptional, with a sold-out exhibition floor and over 80 leading suppliers confirmed to exhibit.
“This event is about bringing the sector together at a pivotal time, giving agents access to the insight, tools and connections they need to succeed in a fast-moving market.
“With final tickets now limited, we strongly encourage anyone still considering attending to secure their place as soon as possible.”
ACTIONABLE TAKEAWAYS
Propertymark says the event is designed to deliver “actionable takeaways” that agents can implement immediately within their businesses.
The conference is one of the largest gatherings in the UK property calendar and has grown significantly in recent years as regulatory reform and operational pressures have increased demand for training, networking and industry collaboration.
Final tickets for Propertymark One 2026 remain available, while Company Advantage members can attend as part of their membership package.
