Propertymark launches lead generation platform for members

Propertymark is launching a new referral and lead generation platform aimed at helping member agents generate warmer leads, win more business and increase revenue opportunities.

The platform, called Connect, will go live on 1 June 2026 and is designed exclusively for Propertymark members.
Connect will allow agents to send and receive referrals, valuation requests and instructions through a network of property professionals across the UK and overseas.

The platform will also provide direct valuation opportunities from consumers via Propertymark’s professional partners.

AFFORDABILITY PRESSURES

Propertymark says the new service has been developed in response to growing levels of relocation driven by affordability pressures, lifestyle changes and hybrid working trends, enabling agents to better support out-of-area movers while strengthening referral relationships.

Members using the platform will be able to identify referral partners based on factors including service standards, responsiveness and instruction volumes, with the aim of improving the customer experience throughout the moving process.

Propertymark says Connect has been designed to help agents generate higher-quality leads, create additional income streams and work with trusted, qualified property professionals.

To support the rollout, Propertymark has appointed a dedicated onboarding team consisting of Dan, Emily and Jason, who will help members maximise the opportunities available through the platform.
