OneDome has strengthened its senior leadership team with two key compliance appointments as the business looks to support future growth across its mortgage and adviser networks.
The company has appointed Joanna Purdy (main picture, inset) as Group Head of Compliance, while Rebecca Curtis has been promoted to Head of Compliance for Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners.
The appointments form part of a broader strategy to scale the business while maintaining what the firm describes as a practical and adviser-focused compliance framework.
Joanna Purdy joins OneDome with more than 20 years’ experience across mortgage networks, lending and advisory businesses, including both network management and hands-on broking roles.
COMPLIANCE STRATEGY
In her new position, she will oversee compliance strategy across the wider OneDome Group, with responsibility for developing a scalable framework designed to support continued expansion and innovation.
Rebecca Curtis will continue leading day-to-day compliance operations across Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners, working closely with advisers and member firms.
The business said the revised structure is intended to combine group-level oversight with operational support tailored to adviser firms.
The appointments come as OneDome continues to expand its integrated property and mortgage proposition and pursue further network growth over the coming years.
COMMON-SENSE ADVICE
Purdy says: “I’m excited to be joining OneDome at a time of real momentum for the Group. Having worked across networks, lenders and as a broker, I understand how important it is to balance strong compliance with practical, common-sense advice delivery.
“My focus will be on building a scalable framework that supports the Group’s growth ambitions, while ensuring compliance feels clear, consistent and aligned with the needs of advisers.”
Curtis adds: “I’m incredibly proud to take on this role and continue supporting our advisers and firms across the networks.
“We’ve built a strong compliance foundation, and this is about evolving that in a way that reflects how advisers actually work.
“Working alongside Joanna gives us a great opportunity to strengthen how we support firms – keeping compliance straightforward, accessible and aligned with growth.”
