PfP Students hires former JLL chair as adviser

PfP Students has appointed senior industry figure Philip Hillman as an adviser to support its growth in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector.

Hillman (main picture) brings more than 35 years’ experience from JLL, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including Chairman of Living Capital Markets and Chairman of Alternatives.
During his time at JLL, he also led the firm’s student housing team and was involved in some of the largest transactions in the PBSA market.

In his new role, Hillman will provide strategic insight to PfP Students, focusing on strengthening its commercial strategy, building sector relationships and supporting partnerships.

He will also contribute to initiatives aimed at improving organisational effectiveness and enhancing customer value.
