NLG buys Kent firm in push to scale lettings services

NLG Investment Group Ltd has acquired Warner Property Services as part of a wider strategy to expand its footprint across the UK lettings market.

The deal marks the group’s first acquisition and brings together Warner Property Services with No Letting Go and Kaptur Software to create a more integrated inventory and compliance offering.
The move is aimed at strengthening national coverage and enhancing service capability for letting agents, build-to-rent operators and institutional landlords.

Warner Property Services will continue to operate as an independent brand, while benefiting from the group’s wider infrastructure, technology and scale.

DATA-LED APPROACH

The combined platform is expected to deliver a more consistent, data-led approach to property reporting and compliance, areas of growing importance as regulation tightens across the private rented sector.

The integration of Kaptur Software will support a fully end-to-end reporting solution, improving transparency and efficiency from instruction through to final compliance documentation.

Mark Weller will join the No Letting Go head office team to lead the sales function across the lettings and property management market, supporting national growth plans.

HIGH-QUALITY

Nick Lyons (main picture, inset), Chief Executive Officer at NLG Investment Group, says: “As the sector continues to evolve, the need for high-quality, consistent reporting and evidence is becoming increasingly important.

“By combining the strengths of both organisations, the group is uniquely positioned to support clients who require both regional expertise and national delivery.”

He adds that the acquisition creates a more flexible and scalable proposition for clients operating across multiple regions, with greater access to data and reporting tools.

The deal signals the start of a broader consolidation strategy, as the group looks to build a more connected platform to support agents and landlords navigating increasing compliance requirements.
