Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Colin McDowell (main picture, left) as Head of Lease Advisory in its Belfast office.
A chartered surveyor with more than 35 years’ experience, McDowell joins the property consultancy with expertise spanning lease advisory, valuation, rating and strategic property consultancy.
During his career, he has advised landlords, occupiers, investors and developers across the retail, office and industrial sectors, acting for clients including banks, professional services firms, law firms and retail brands.
Alongside his professional work, McDowell has served as a guest lecturer at Ulster University and is a Fellow of RICS Northern Ireland.
