L&Q and Lovell Homes have launched a 147-home development in Old Trafford.
Bold Street Pavilion will provide a mix of properties for private sale and Shared Ownership on a previously derelict site.
The scheme includes one-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom duplexes and houses.
Shared Ownership homes will be available under the new model, enabling eligible purchasers to acquire an initial share from 10%.
