Anderson Rose has bolstered its prime central London (PCL) team following an internal restructure.
Following the departure of Scott Joseph, the move will see the 15-year-old firm increase its reach across the capital.
Fin Chesterman has been promoted to head of prime central London, with Archie Gillies joining him from the Tower Bridge office.
Founder and managing director, Jon Byers, will oversee the prime central London operations with a view to enhancing the team’s offering across their key areas of operation, as well as engaging plans to expand the firm’s reach across prime London.
AN IMPORTANT STEP
Byers says: “After five years of steady growth this is an important step for Anderson Rose’s Prime Central London office. We are thrilled to announce Fin Chesterman as head of PCL and look forward to seeing him drive the team onto new heights. Whilst I continue to oversee the business as a whole I will be focusing my efforts to support the PCL office, whilst also engaging exciting plans to expand our offering to new reaches of prime London.”
Chesterman adds: “Anderson Rose is a fantastic estate agency with a growing presence in prime central London and an excellent track record, so I’m very excited to now be leading this team. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients and believe my in-depth market knowledge and approach will help contribute to the future success of the company.”
