Hamptons has unveiled a new strategic partnership with Cerro Novo, a an estate agency based in Portugal’s Central Algarve.
The collaboration will operate under the co-branding ‘in association with Hamptons’, strengthening Hamptons’ International network.
This partnership enhances Hamptons’ footprint in Portugal.
Previously focused on the Western Algarve, the network will now extend across the central region, covering key locations from Faro through to Portimão. For Cerro Novo and its clients, the alliance brings the advantage of being part of the Hamptons portfolio, with properties featured on the Hamptons website and supported by a comprehensive suite of marketing and advisory services.
INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE
Listings will also benefit from international exposure across Hamptons’ global network, which spans more than 35 countries.
Cerro Novo offers a diverse range of properties, from coastal apartments starting at approximately £300,000 through to prestigious villas valued at up to £15m.
