Harron Homes has opened two showhomes at its 291-home Merchant Fields development in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.
The housebuilder marked the opening of The Oakham and The Faversham showhomes with a launch weekend at the Hunsworth Lane scheme.
Merchant Fields will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, including 58 affordable homes.
The development will also provide new footpaths and open space alongside a children’s play area, trim trail, pond and orchard, while homes will feature air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.

Both properties are four-bedroom detached homes, with The Oakham including an integral garage, open-plan kitchen and dining area and separate utility room.
The Faversham also includes an open-plan kitchen and dining space alongside four bedrooms, an ensuite to the main bedroom and family bathroom.
Harron Homes is offering a range of incentives on selected properties at Merchant Fields, including deposit contributions, Part Exchange, Assisted Move and contributions towards stamp duty and legal fees.
