The Guild of Property Professionals has expanded its supplier network to 53 businesses as it looks to give independent estate and letting agents greater access to technology, marketing and business services.
Its A-Z of Suppliers provides Guild members with access to selected providers across areas including business management, compliance, financial services, lead generation, marketing, property technology and websites.
Giraffe360, Sidekiq and GeoCale are among the latest businesses to join the network, with a particular focus on property marketing, artificial intelligence and digital lead generation.
The Guild negotiates preferential rates and other benefits with participating suppliers on behalf of its member network.
AI AND MARKETING
Giraffe360 provides agents with property marketing assets generated from a single property visit using its 360 camera and AI-powered platform.
Alongside photography and virtual tours, its technology includes virtual staging, object removal, privacy blurring and blue-sky replacement, with the aim of reducing the number of separate processes required to prepare a listing for market.
AI agency Sidekiq has also joined the network, offering technology designed specifically for estate agencies. Its tools cover areas including answering calls, lead conversion, database nurturing, feedback collection and back-office automation.
GeoCale, meanwhile, specialises in digital marketing for residential estate and letting agents, including Google Business Profile and local search optimisation. Its services also cover visibility within AI-powered search as consumer search behaviour evolves.
MORE PARTNERS PLANNED
Iain McKenzie (main picture), Chief Executive Officer of The Guild of Property Professionals, says: “To have grown to 53 suppliers in a relatively short space of time demonstrates both the appetite for this initiative and the breadth of solutions now available to estate and letting agents.
“Importantly, we are not standing still. We have more suppliers in the pipeline and will continue to look for partnerships that deliver genuine value to our Members.”
McKenzie says the growth of AI, automation and digital marketing is increasing the range of technology available to property businesses.
He adds: “The A-Z of Suppliers is about much more than simply compiling a directory. We are focused on building a network of trusted partners that can help our Members save time, reduce costs, generate additional revenue and improve the way they run their businesses.”
