Forbes Global Properties launches first African member

Forbes Global Properties has expanded into Africa for the first time with the launch of a new member agency in South Africa.

South Africa | Forbes Global Properties is led by founder Keegan Steyn (main picture, inset) and will represent the invitation-only network exclusively across the country.
Headquartered in Cape Town, the agency will concentrate on South Africa’s most valuable residential properties, including landmark houses, private estates, coastal homes and lifestyle retreats.

The company says it will operate a selective listing strategy, with each instruction assessed before being included within its portfolio.

SOUTH AFRICAN HOMES GAIN GLOBAL EXPOSURE

The agency will advise domestic and international buyers, sellers and investors, combining local market knowledge with Forbes Global Properties’ international marketing reach.

The network is represented by agents in more than 600 locations across 35 countries. Member agencies can promote properties to Forbes’ claimed digital audience of more than 167 million monthly visitors.
