Fine & Country has launched in Phuket as the premium estate agency targets rising demand from international buyers seeking homes and investment property in Thailand.
Fine & Country Phuket will be operated by a locally based team with experience in luxury residential development through Zero Developments.
The team’s founders have more than 25 years’ experience working across the UK and Thai property markets.
The new operation launches with over 30 properties, including private villas, branded residences, boutique developments and premium condominiums.
BUYER PROFILE EVOLVES
Fine & Country says Phuket is attracting growing interest from buyers relocating permanently, retiring, working remotely or diversifying their property portfolios.
Initial demand is expected to come primarily from the UK, Europe, Australia and other parts of Asia.
Tony Bygraves (main picture, inset), CEO of The Zero Phuket, says: “Phuket has changed dramatically over the past few years. We’re seeing increasing demand from buyers who aren’t simply purchasing a holiday home. They’re relocating, running businesses remotely, retiring earlier or diversifying their property portfolios.
“That evolution has created demand for a different level of estate agency. Buyers expect international standards, professional marketing and expert guidance throughout the purchasing process. Fine & Country is recognised globally for delivering exactly that.”
LIFESTYLE REDEFINES LUXURY

Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, says: “Phuket is an exciting addition to our international network.
“It is attracting increasing attention from affluent buyers seeking lifestyle, investment opportunities and long-term relocation. Our new Phuket team brings exceptional local expertise and shares Fine & Country’s commitment to delivering a premium client experience.”
The agency expects demand to focus increasingly on professionally managed developments combining high-end accommodation with sustainability and wellness facilities.
Bygraves adds: “Luxury today is measured less by square footage and more by lifestyle. Buyers are looking for exceptional design, sustainability, wellness and locations that genuinely enhance everyday living. That’s where Phuket has become incredibly competitive on a global stage.”
The launch also extends Fine & Country’s international referral network, enabling its offices to refer buyers and sellers between Phuket and established markets across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Fine & Country now operates from more than 300 locations worldwide.
