Fairweather joins Robert Irving Burns as Head of Residential Sales

Independent London estate agency Robert Irving Burns (RIB) has appointed prime central London specialist Chrissie Fairweather as its new Head of Residential Sales as the firm looks to strengthen its senior leadership team and expand its residential offering across the West End.

Fairweather (main picture) joins the business with more than 30 years’ experience in the prime central London property market and will work alongside Julia Garber, Head of Residential, in leading the agency’s residential division.
She began her property career in the early 1990s and has held roles with agencies including Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and York Estates, building a strong reputation within the Marylebone and Fitzrovia markets.

RIB says Fairweather is particularly recognised across the West End for her knowledge of prime residential sales and her relationship-led approach to working with buyers and sellers.

FAMILY CONNECTION

Her appointment also brings a family connection to the agency, with Fairweather set to work alongside her daughter Nikita, who joined the business as a Negotiator in 2024.

Fairweather says: “Clients absolutely love the fact we’re a mother/daughter team; it delivers a different level of trust and teamwork through a bespoke service that other agencies can’t provide.”

Robert Irving Burns says the appointment forms part of its wider plans to continue growing its presence across prime central London.
