eXp UK agent joins global leaders for charity podcast series

A Grantham eXp UK estate agent has been selected to join some of the biggest names in Australasian real estate for a new international charity initiative supporting vulnerable children.

Tony Ruby (main picture, inset) is the only practising UK estate agent taking part in Reaching Out: Hands Across the Water, a podcast series bringing together leading figures from the UK and Australia to discuss leadership, resilience, business growth and personal development.
The project has been created by Digital Live founder Steve Carroll and real estate coach Lee Woodward to raise awareness and funds for children’s charity Hands Across the Water.

Ruby joins a line-up that includes respected UK property commentators Christopher Watkin and Simon Leadbetter, alongside high-profile Australian industry figures including Alex Ouwens, Rik Rushton, Lisa Novak, Fiona Blayney, Chris Helder, Marnie Senior and Liam Cromarty.

HANDS ACROSS THE WATER

The initiative also highlights the growing international profile of eXp UK, which recently surpassed 1,000 agents and now represents an estimated half of the UK’s self-employed estate agency sector.

Tony Ruby of eXp UK says: “I was honoured to be invited to take part in a project that brings together so many respected voices from across the property industry whilst supporting such an important cause.

“Hands Across the Water does incredible work helping vulnerable children build brighter futures and if sharing some of my experiences can help raise awareness and support for that mission, then it’s a privilege to be involved.

“To be included alongside so many accomplished professionals from Australia and the UK is something I’m incredibly proud of and I hope listeners take plenty of value from the conversations.”

Adam Day, Head of eXp UK and Europe, adds: “Tony’s inclusion within this project is a fantastic achievement and one that reflects both his reputation within the industry and the calibre of professionals we have across the eXp UK network.

“To be recognised alongside some of the most respected names in Australian real estate is no small feat, particularly given the stature that AREC speakers hold within the Australasian property sector.

“What’s particularly pleasing is that Tony’s involvement demonstrates how the influence of UK estate agency professionals is increasingly being recognised on a global stage and we’re incredibly proud to see him representing both eXp UK and the wider UK industry.”
