ESTAS has launched an AI-powered feature designed to help estate agents use their existing customer reviews to win new instructions.
The new Agency Profile uses artificial intelligence to analyse an agency’s verified customer feedback and generate a real-time summary of its customer service performance over the previous 12 months.
Rather than requiring prospective vendors and landlords to read through individual reviews, the tool provides an overview of what previous customers collectively say about the agency.
The summary updates automatically as new reviews are submitted, giving agents another way of demonstrating service standards when prospective clients are comparing local firms.
REVIEWS AS A MARKETING TOOL
Each Agency Profile is linked to the ESTAS Review widget on the agent’s own website, allowing prospective customers to move from the AI-generated overview to individual verified end-of-transaction ratings.
ESTAS says the feature is intended to help agents extract more marketing value from reviews they are already collecting, rather than requiring them to produce additional content or devote more resources to managing their online reputation.
For agents, the development also reflects the growing use of AI to interpret existing business data rather than simply generate marketing copy.

Simon Brown, Founder of ESTAS, says: “We are committed to ensuring we only use AI when it adds real value to the client/agency experience of our platform.
“This new feature gives ESTAS agents another advantage when attracting potential vendors and landlords without adding to their already busy workload.”
AI AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The technology works with feedback collected from customers at the end of their property transaction, providing prospective clients with a snapshot of an agency’s recent service performance.
ESTAS says the approach is intended to complement rather than replace personal service, using AI to make existing customer feedback easier for consumers to assess.
It also means positive feedback can continue to support an agency’s prospecting efforts after the original transaction has completed.
The launch comes as estate agency technology providers increasingly explore how AI can be applied to existing customer and transaction data to improve prospecting, marketing and client retention.
