Dwelly has acquired Kensington-based letting agency Shaws, completing its ninth acquisition of the year and strengthening its presence in London.
The deal adds approximately 250 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s network, taking its nationwide portfolio beyond 14,000 homes.
Founded in 1994, Shaws provides sales and lettings services across Kensington, West Kensington, Barons Court, Hammersmith and Fulham.
The agency is particularly established within the Queen’s Club Gardens market and has built its business around local knowledge and long-standing landlord relationships.
EXISTING LEADERSHIP REMAINS
Managing director Dan Glewis will remain with Shaws following the acquisition, providing continuity for employees, landlords and tenants.
Dwelly says it intends to retain the agency’s people, culture and local expertise while introducing additional operational infrastructure and AI-driven technology.
The company believes automation and streamlined processes can reduce administration and give Shaws’ team more time to concentrate on customer service and business growth.
The acquisition follows Dwelly’s purchases of Settio and Eden Harper as it continues to consolidate its position in the capital’s lettings market.
