Connells Group has expanded its regional footprint with the acquisition of Crofts Estate Agents, adding three branches and a sizeable lettings portfolio to its network.
The deal sees Connells enter North East Lincolnshire, a region where it has previously had limited presence, with Crofts’ offices in Cleethorpes, Louth and Immingham strengthening its coverage across the wider Lincolnshire market.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Crofts has built a strong local reputation, managing close to 700 rental properties alongside an established residential sales operation.
The business will continue to operate with its existing team, with Connells backing its next phase of growth.

The move reflects Connells’ ongoing strategy of targeted acquisitions to expand into underrepresented regions, while retaining the local expertise and identity of the businesses it acquires.
It also underlines continued consolidation across the agency sector, as larger groups look to scale operations, strengthen regional coverage and build more integrated national networks spanning sales, lettings and property services.
