Campions Group has acquired the residential agency division of Madison Brook as it continues to build scale across the capital.
The deal strengthens Campions’ sales and lettings platform, adding an established London agency with a 15-year track record and a loyal client base.
It marks the latest move in a rapid expansion strategy that has seen the group grow through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth since its launch in 2023.
Campions now comprises brands including Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Retirement Homesearch and Campions Lettings & Management, alongside prime London specialist Aston Chase.
CAPITAL BOOST
The addition of Madison Brook’s residential arm is expected to enhance Campions’ coverage across London while bolstering its full-service offering across sales, lettings, new homes and property management.
Richard Davies (main picture, inset), Director of Operations for Campions Group, says: “Madison Brook’s residential agency is well-respected, with a strong reputation for service, and we are pleased to welcome this part of the business into Campions. We look forward to supporting its clients and team as part of our network.
“This acquisition strengthens our presence across London and enhances our sales, lettings and property management platform.”
The transaction also ensures continuity for Madison Brook clients and staff, with Campions positioning itself as a long-term custodian of the business.
CLIENT CONTINUITY

John Lipper, Chief Executive Officer of Madison Brook, adds: “This is an important moment for our business. We have taken great care in choosing the right partner, with a clear focus on ensuring continuity for our clients and creating the best possible environment for our team.
“Campions is a values-aligned business with a strong reputation and a clear commitment to service. We are confident they are the right custodian for what we have built.”
Property Soup revealed last week how Campions Group had acquired Aston Chase, strengthening its presence across Prime Central and North West London as consolidation continues in the capital’s high-end market.
